(A couple is out on a date on a game night. There is a huge LED TV mount against the wall, with the IPL match in session. That is when Jim Sarbh enters the screen and does what he does best- deliver sarcasm.)

 

Jim Sarbh (on TV): When you pay your credit card bills on CRED, you earn CRED coins. Use them to claim cash back and rewards. I know it sounds ridiculous,

 

(focus shifts to the couple in question)

 

Guy: (imitating Jim Sarbh) “I know it sounds ridiculous” blah blah blah. Show Business isn’t going to pay my bills. All this talk is just Cheap.

 

(At that moment, a waiter arrives with the bill and places it in the middle. The girlfriend reaches for it, but her boyfriend has some other plans)

 

Guy: (reaching for the bill) I got this, I got this. (He takes out his wallet and signals the waiter to get a Credit Card machine. The waiter arrives with the same and the guy is about to swipe his card across when he remembers something)

 

Guy: (facepalming) Oh Shit! Yaar I was supposed to pay my credit card bill last week, it was way overdue.

 

Girl: It’s okay, I’ve got you covered. (The girl swiftly takes the bill from his hands along with the machine, swipes her card across and pays the bill- all in one smooth motion.)

 

Girl: (unlocks her phone and opens the CRED app) Download CRED. It pays to be good.

(Smiles innocently; meanwhile a resounding “It’s a SIX!” can be heard in the background)

 

Guy: (embarassed) haha

 

(CRED’s score plays in the background with its usual outro.)
